What Is A Corporate Account?

A Corporate Account is an established account with A Touch of Class Transportation Service.  This allows you to pay for events without worrying about making credit card payments or cash payments to reserve your date.  A simple text or to A Touch of Class and your account will be charged to reserve the date.   Also, guest will be able to just sign their transportation log to insure their account is credited at the time of pick up.

 

Who Can Open a Corporate Account?

A Corporate Account is perfect for anyone who desires to use A Touch of Class Transportation more than three times a year.  It is open to companies, businesses, and local individuals.

 

What Are The Benefits to a Corporate Account?

Guest who utilizes the corporate account reservations are able to book at lower rates.  This offers the guest a savings of over $500.00 a year.  

 

What Is The Minimum Amount of Time For Each Booking?

Each hourly reservation must be made for at least a four hour booking.  However, the Corporate Account may be used to pay for regular rate services (Drop Offs, Airport Runs, Etc.).

 

How Long Is The Account Active?

Once opened, the Corporate Account is active for one calendar year from its initial date of activity. 

 

What Does a Corporate Account Cover?

Corporate Accounts cover all regular rate services and discounted services.  However, the account does not cover tips as drivers only get paid by the tips they make for each event.  If you have a Corporate Account, please keep tipping in mind to normal rates as it affects the drivers pay.

 

How Much Does It Cost to Open a Corporate Account?

To open a Corporate Account, a guest must deposit $2,000.00 into A Touch of Class Transportation. 

 

What Happens If My Account Runs Low?

Once your account falls below $200.00, a deposit of an additional $2,000.00 balance is needed to keep the account active and to continue your transportation benefits.
